“The Hay is in the Barn” as they say! The men’s and women’s swimming & diving team are heading up to the MIAC Championships at 1p.m. today. The team is amped up, to say the least! I don’t allow any fast swimming at the very end of taper, and it was everything the swimmers could do to hold back from swimming fast. Everything kicks off tonight with the 800 freestyle relay, men’s 3-meter diving and the 200 medley relay. It is going to be a very exciting weekend!!!
